Shakira’s hips might not lie, but they apparently get tired after a massive world tour. On the heels of her Oral Fixation Tour, the Colombian superstar is taking time to invest in charitable causes, and even attend college courses. Still, her time off the stage doesn’t mean fans are left with nothing to tide them over.

In November, the hip-shaker released the concert DVD Oral Fixation Tour: Live from Miami, culled from a December 9, 2006 performance at the American Airlines Arena. Also available in the high definition Blu-ray format, the DVD features such career classics as “Estoy Aquí,” “Inevitable,” “Don’t Bother,” “No,” “Whenever, Wherever,” “Underneath Your Clothes,” “La Tortura” with special guest Alejandro Sanz, and her Hot 100 chart-topper “Hips Don’t Lie” with Wyclef Jean. Demonstrating her musical talents, Shakira also played guitar and harmonica on numerous songs. Splinter Films, whose DVD credits include Beyoncé, Depeche Mode and the Foo Fighters, helmed the Live From Miami production.

Following the release of Fijación Oral Vol. 1 (2005) and Oral Fixation Vol. 2 (2006), Shakira kicked off the world tour in Spain on June 14, 2006. The tour made its U.S. debut two months later before sweeping through several Latin American countries. She returned to Miami in December for a series of concerts, during which she filmed the DVD, and eventually wrapped the world tour in Monterrey, Mexico on May 30, 2007.
