Daisy’s new fragrance, Dianoche Ocean, makes its debut this month, just in time for summer. Dianoche Ocean evokes the magic of the ocean, surf and sand in two equally delicious forms. Dianoche Ocean by Daisy Fuentes is available exclusively at Kohl’s department stores nationwide and www.Kohls.com, starting in May, 2008. Suggested retail price is $42.50.

Official Estylo Dianoche Ocean Sweepstakes Rules

1) No purchase necessary to enter the Dianoche Ocean sweepstakes. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws.

2) Who Can Participate: Any legal U.S. resident, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Only one registrant per household is accepted. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.

3) Who Is Not Eligible To Participate: Employees, independent contractors, contributors and their immediate families (parents, brothers, sisters and children) of, subsidiaries and affiliated businesses and their advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win.

4) How to Enter: To join the Estylo Dianoche Ocean sweepstakes, take a minute to complete the registration form. Only one registration per household is accepted; duplicate registrations for a household are eliminated.

5) Sweepstakes Dates: Estylo Dianoche Ocean sweepstakes will be promoted on Estylo.com from April 24 until May 29, 2008. Winner will be selected by June 3, 2008. Winner has five (5) days to respond and arrangements will then be set.

6) Prizes: The winners of the Estylo Dianoche Ocean sweepstakes will win the following:

 7) Prize Drawings: Winners will be selected at random by Estylo.com based on entries obtained via www.estylo.com’s registration form. The prize drawing for the sweepstakes will be held by June 3, 2008.

8) Winner Notification: The winners will be notified via e-mail within 48 hours of the prize drawing. Winners will be required to respond to the e-mail to acknowledge receipt of the prize. If no response is obtained from the winner within five (5) days, the prize will be awarded to a replacement winner drawn at random. Estylo.com decisions about winners are final.

9) Limits of Liability: Estylo.com has no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Estylo.com assumes no liability for lost or misdirected registration forms or survey submissions whether due to technical or computer malfunctions or otherwise. Estylo.com reserves the right to cancel the sweepstakes at any time if the Estylo.com website is infected by a virus, the website is hacked or the integrity of the sweepstakes is compromised in any way. 11. Winner Publicity: Estylo.com may wish to publish the first name, first letter of last name, and location (city/state) of winners, and any quotation that the winner is willing to provide to show on www. Estylo.com. However, Estylo.com stands by its commitments of confidentiality related to winner’s identity.

12. Disputes: Each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within California; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
